Flexible Rope Heaters
Description:
The flexible rope type heating elements are consist of a high temperature proof body, wound up in a resistant yarn and then insulated.
Rope elements from KOREL Electronics are extremely flexible and can conform to very tight radii and sharp corner configuration.
They offer higher watt densities than many other heating elements, by utilizing a propretary method of wire winding the most economical combination of product construction and quality can be provided.
A different insulation material is used; such as PVC FRT 105C, silicon or high temperature grade silicon, depending on the required watt density and temperature rating.
